1. AGREEMENT
By accessing amzunleashed.com or purchasing any product or service offered through it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable EU regulations

3. SERVICES
Free 15-Minute Strategy Call: A complimentary consultation to identify your Amazon FBA challenges and next steps. This is an informational session only and does not constitute ongoing coaching or professional advice.
1-Hour Coaching Session: A single paid coaching session delivered via video call. Booking and full payment are required to confirm your slot. The session must be used within 12 months of purchase.
10-Session Coaching Programme: A structured coaching programme delivered across multiple sessions. Full payment or an agreed instalment schedule is required before sessions begin. Sessions are flexible and can be scheduled at your convenience. All sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase. Unused sessions after 12 months will expire.
VA Hiring Playbook: A digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. This is an educational resource and does not constitute a managed service.
4. BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
All coaching sessions must be booked through the booking system on this website.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel any booked session.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the session being forfeited.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to illness or unforeseen circumstances and will provide as much notice as possible.
5. PAYMENTS
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in EUR or GBP depending on your location. Full payment is required upfront to confirm your booking.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any product or service.

Free 15-min strategy call: No charge, no payment required.
1-hour coaching session: Payment required upfront. No refunds once purchased. Session must be used within 12 months of purchase date.
10-session coaching programme: Full payment required upfront. No refunds once purchased. All sessions must be used within 12 months of
purchase date. Unused sessions after 12 months will expire.
VA Hiring Playbook: No refunds on digital products once purchased and delivered.
By completing payment you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Amazon FBA involves real financial risk. All coaching, content and tools provided through AMZ Unleashed are for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee any specific financial result, income level or business outcome.
Results referenced in our content, testimonials or calls reflect individual experiences and are not typical.
You are solely responsible for any business decisions you make based on information received through this site or our services.
We are not financial advisers, legal advisers or accountants. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal or tax advice.
