ProfitPath Review: The Sourcing System That Grew My Revenue 50%
If you are spending hours sourcing and still not finding enough products, you have bought from lead groups and watched prices tank within a week, or you are making some money but genuinely do not know which products are pulling their weight and which ones are draining your cash flow, this is for you. This blog post accompanies Episode 1 of the ProfitPath Deep Dive video series. Watch the full video above, or read on for the complete written breakdown.
I am Ricky. I have been selling on Amazon for 10 years. We operate across the UK, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. We have done over €9 million in total sales. In the last 12 months alone, we did €1.9 million. Six months ago, one tool changed how we source completely. After the first month, I knew there was nothing else like it on the market. That tool is ProfitPath.
This is a full walkthrough of the entire platform. Not theory. Not a demo from someone who has never sold. Proof from a business running at scale, and a clear look at the exact system I use.
ProfitPath is an Amazon FBA sourcing platform that finds products for you based on your own criteria, across multiple marketplaces, around the clock. Unlike standard sourcing tools that only analyze products you have already found, ProfitPath actively surfaces deals through A2A search, wholesale scanning, and automated Deal Watch alerts. A 28-day free trial is available through the link below. This post contains affiliate links. Using my link supports the channel at no extra cost to you.

What Is ProfitPath and Why Most Sourcing Tools Do Not Do This
Most sourcing tools help you analyze a product once you have already found it. That puts all the hard work back on you. ProfitPath does something completely different.
It finds products for you based on your parameters, then lets you complete your full analysis inside its own ProfitGo app, across every market you are selling in, around the clock.
If you have been manually opening products one by one, cross-referencing Keepa in another tab, and running profit calculations separately, you already know how slow that is. That is not a sourcing system. That is browsing. ProfitPath replaces that entire process with one connected workflow built around your numbers, not someone else's.
ProfitPath Dashboard and ProfitDesk: Seeing Your Business Clearly
The dashboard gives you a live overview of your business at a glance. Once ProfitDesk is fully configured (it is currently in beta and we are setting it up now), it will show purchasing volume, who bought what, which strategies you are using, expected profits, whether you have hit your spending goals, and any account restrictions flagging up.
ProfitDesk is expected to save us 20 to 30 hours per week once fully live, and at minimum it will save any seller 100 hours per year. It tracks the complete product flow from purchase through to Amazon: purchase and listing, prep center tracking, shipment, reconciliation, reimbursements, and purchase analytics. The automated payout feature is already live. We have ours set to pay out every five days automatically. Currently available in European markets, with UK on the way.
If you have ever looked at your account at the end of the month and struggled to work out where your money actually went, this is the fix.
Spy Search: Storefront Stalking at 100x Speed
Storefront stalking is not a new concept. Successful sellers have already done the hard work. They found the products. They tested the market. They confirmed the demand. Your job is to identify what is already working and source the same products.
The problem is doing it manually is painfully slow. Spy Search automates it.
Inside Spy Search, you track sellers by adding their store ID. You can filter by region, look at new listings only, and track multiple sellers at once. One of the most useful features in the whole platform is the global brand blacklist. Any brand or ASIN you blacklist disappears from every result across all of ProfitPath permanently. No more seeing products that caused IP issues in the past.
Real example from the video: a product at £2.50 cost, selling at £14.00 on Amazon, 26% margin, £3.71 potential profit. Found in under two minutes.
Not more time sourcing. A better system.

Wholesale Scanner: From Analyzing One Product to Thousands at Once
This is where ProfitPath starts to feel like a completely different category of tool.
Manual sourcing means opening products one by one, checking each individually. That is the slowest possible way to work. The Wholesale Scanner replaces that entirely. You upload a supplier catalogue and run it against the Amazon catalogue in a single pass. Every product that meets your criteria surfaces automatically.
ProfitPath's Wholesale Scanner processes a list of 42,000 product lines in approximately 10 minutes. Everything that does not meet your margin, sales velocity, or competition thresholds gets filtered out. You are left with a shortlist of products worth looking at, not a wall of data to wade through.
This is the difference between sourcing and browsing. If you are spending a full evening and finding two or three products that might work, this changes that session completely.

Reverse Search, Multi Search, and Supplier Search
Reverse Search works in the opposite direction. You start with products you are already selling on Amazon and find new sourcing routes for them. You can input your replen list, or search by brand, GTIN, ASIN, or category. Run a Lego search, for example, and it surfaces every potential match and supplier across the catalogue.
Multi Search scans across multiple suppliers simultaneously. We searched 100 stores in one go and pulled every matching product. One result showed a product buyable at £15, sellable at £28, approximately 14% margin at 100 sales per month.
Supplier Search is the opposite: instead of casting wide, you go deep into one store. Most sellers find a good product and then spend another hour trying to work out where to buy it. Supplier Search folds that into the same workflow so you never leave the platform.
A2A Amazon Arbitrage: Why Lead Groups Are a Gamble, Not a Strategy
A2A is Amazon to Amazon arbitrage. You find a product priced lower on one Amazon marketplace and sell it for more on another. Or you catch a price drop and flip it on the same marketplace. Routes we use include Germany to UK, UK to France, and Spain to Italy.
Here is the problem with how most sellers approach A2A. They use lead groups.
A bot or person finds a deal and shares it with a group. Maybe a hundred people. Maybe a thousand. Within an hour, all of them have bought in. The listing fills up, the price tanks, and you are left holding stock that no longer makes sense. I have been there. That is not a strategy. That is a gamble.
ProfitPath builds you a private A2A alert system based entirely on your own parameters: buy region, selling regions, minimum sales, minimum margin, minimum profit, deal type, and minimum rating. We have 10 different A2A alerts running right now. The chances of another seller seeing the exact same match at the exact same time are far lower than being in a lead group where everyone piles into the same product simultaneously.
Not lead group deals. Your own private alerts.

Deal Watch: A Sourcing System That Works While You Sleep
Deal Watch takes everything one step further. It monitors continuously against your set criteria, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The moment something hits your numbers, it pings your phone, your computer, your Discord server.
We have 48,000 Deal Watch slots available, with 36,800 already covered by our current active alerts. Each slot represents one active product alert that ProfitPath monitors continuously on your behalf. The moment a deal fires, it lands in your connected Discord server on both mobile and desktop instantly.
The number of times I wake up, make a coffee, check my phone, and buy something before I have even sat down at my desk is genuinely unreal. That is not luck. That is a system running on your parameters while you are not working.
The difference is this: a lead group shows you what someone else has already found. Deal Watch finds what you are looking for, before anyone else sees it.

ProfitGo: RA, OA, and Everything in One Subscription
ProfitGo is included in every ProfitPath subscription and also available as a standalone product. Two use cases.
For retail arbitrage: use the mobile app in store to scan products and get a full instant profit breakdown. For online arbitrage: use the Chrome extension. The key advantage is that ProfitGo reads the EAN directly from the product page, not just the title, so it matches the exact correct product every time with no manual cross-referencing and no tab switching.
One subscription. Retail arbitrage, online arbitrage, A2A, wholesale, tracking. Everything covered.

ProfitPath Starter vs Pro: Which Plan Is Right for You?

ProfitPath plans start at €143/month. All plans include a 28-day free trial via Ricky's link. Save 20% on yearly billing.
My recommendation: test the Pro. You get a 28-day free trial through my link, double the standard trial period, plus 10% off your first month. If you are planning to expand beyond one marketplace, Starter will limit you from day one.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is ProfitPath?
ProfitPath is an Amazon FBA sourcing platform that actively finds products for you based on your criteria, rather than just analyzing ones you have already located. It includes wholesale scanning, A2A arbitrage alerts, Deal Watch, storefront tracking, and integrated profit analysis, all within one subscription.
How does A2A Amazon arbitrage work?
A2A arbitrage means finding a product priced lower on one Amazon marketplace and selling it at a higher price on another, or catching a price drop, and flipping it on the same marketplace. ProfitPath automates this by scanning continuously across markets and alerting you the moment a product matches your exact margin, velocity, and profit criteria.
Is ProfitPath worth it for Amazon FBA sellers?
Our revenue grew 50% over the last 12 months. We introduced ProfitPath 6 months ago, and it has been a significant driver of that growth, particularly through A2A search and Deal Watch replacing lead groups entirely, which removed the price tanking risk that comes with shared deal communities.
What is the difference between ProfitPath Starter and Pro?
Starter covers a single marketplace. Pro covers all EU and UK marketplaces and unlocks full cross-market A2A, for example sourcing from Germany to sell in the UK. If you are selling across more than one market or plan to, Pro is the right starting point.
How do I set up Deal Watch on ProfitPath?
Inside Deal Watch, you define your parameters: buy region, selling regions, minimum sales, minimum margin, minimum profit, deal type, and minimum rating. The system monitors continuously and sends instant alerts to your phone, desktop, and optionally your Discord server the moment a deal matches your criteria.
What is the difference between ProfitPath and lead groups?
Lead groups broadcast deals that have already been found to hundreds or thousands of sellers at the same time, which drives rapid price tanking. ProfitPath's A2A and Deal Watch build a private alert system based only on your criteria. The deals you see are not being shared with a crowd simultaneously.
